Hello all,
Recently my car's horn has been chirping 2 or 3 times when I turn the ignition to on. Not every time but fairly frequently. Does this mean anything? I have the base alarm on my 06 GT. I'm not getting any warning lights and everything seems to be working OK. Also I doubt its an intrusion attempt unless somebody is followig me everywhere I go and unsuccessfully trying to break in my car. Anyone have any ideas? Thanks.

I know mine beeps twice when I turn on the alarm if something is left open. If yours does that when turning on the ignition, I would put the car in for service.

 

Very very strange, I've never heard of that before. I would take it to Ford and see if they can figure out what the heck is the problem. Something is not right.

 

Yup - time to take it to the Ford garage.
