I would like to know how to get my gt around 300HP or more but i would like to know how...Spark Plugs/Intake Etc...Any help would be great since im not a mechanic.........PLEASE HELP TMS MEMBERS... :bang:

I hope you mean 300 RWHP? :scratch: The 05 GT's are already rated at 300bhp.

Don't do spark plugs...I'd do a CAI + tune and an X-pipe for starters.

I read in a mag. that the 05 gt mustang only showed about 276 on the dyno.....and heard if u remove the trap form the intake you couldl get an easy 10HP.....I Really hope its 300BHP because thats why i bought it...

Probably anywhere from 20-30 would be my guess.

276 on the dyno is good! If you account for your drive train losses, your well over 300HP at the crank.

I'm sure the next episode of Horsepower TV coming up this weekend (there's another thread for it here) will have a few good DIY bolt on power mods and costs for the 2005 Mustang. (No, I don't work for Spike TV).
