Charging issue again

So I have a 2006 gt with 32890 miles and I just replaced my alt for the second time and my battery for the second time I'm two years. Does ford have a solution for this problem. I can't afford to keep dropping 300+ dollars every other year on these same parts. I think if it happens again I might have to get rid of the old girl.

I've got 97k miles on my 05 and I'm still on the OEM alternator , so it maybe something specific to your car ?

I'm in Southern California. My car has only left the state five or six times to drive to Vegas. It's my daily driver but I only commute about 12 to and from work everyday. And now my warantee is up an I have these issues. It just pisses me off that this happened again.

I've heard of this problem but haven't had the problem myself, I've got the original battery & alt. on my 07 with 58k miles.

It's a semi-common issue, and there is no known fix for it. I'm on my second battery and probably my 4 alternator. My battery is fine, but I have to change the alternator about every 2 years. So whenever you buy parts for it, get whatever has the longest warranty.
