All-blue might be more expensive due to the compounds used for the LEDs, which is why it might be a teal color. It's all about cost-cutting!
As for the shifter, the way Kevin described it, seemed like the 05-06 shifters felt more numb. On my Job 1 shifter, I know exactly when it went into gear. You can feel 2 "notches" before it goes into place. My only complaint is that it feels like I am literally rowing oars while shifting, and the throttle lag makes it hard (sometimes) to do a 1-2 upshift since it feels like I am trying to force it into place. The RPMs don't drop down fast enough for a better rev match. I never tried out the 05-06 shifters, so I can't make a fair comparison.

LED's cost about $.001 each. I have no issues shifting the car at all, I spin 2nd for about 30' and get a nice little squeak hitting third I actually like the throttle hang, I just adjusted the way I pedal the throttle slightly during the shift. If I want to shift through without spinning the tires its very smooth with a nice surge, my passenger hardly comes forward at all through the shifts and you can keep the nose jacked up the whole time.

Well my salesperson needs to pay bills so he sells mostly used cars now. He figures the Mustang nuts will already know what they need to know about them. I had to tell him about the darn headlights, after selling a few dozen this year he didn't even notice them untill I got mine...
