Changing of the guards...
All-blue might be more expensive due to the compounds used for the LEDs, which is why it might be a teal color. It's all about cost-cutting!
As for the shifter, the way Kevin described it, seemed like the 05-06 shifters felt more numb. On my Job 1 shifter, I know exactly when it went into gear. You can feel 2 "notches" before it goes into place. My only complaint is that it feels like I am literally rowing oars while shifting, and the throttle lag makes it hard (sometimes) to do a 1-2 upshift since it feels like I am trying to force it into place. The RPMs don't drop down fast enough for a better rev match. I never tried out the 05-06 shifters, so I can't make a fair comparison.

LED's cost about $.001 each. I have no issues shifting the car at all, I spin 2nd for about 30' and get a nice little squeak hitting third
I actually like the throttle hang, I just adjusted the way I pedal the throttle slightly during the shift. If I want to shift through without spinning the tires its very smooth with a nice surge, my passenger hardly comes forward at all through the shifts and you can keep the nose jacked up the whole time.
