I just called ERL, gave all my info, and had a woman come on, not the normal RL, but a humans voice saying "i'm sorry, no information is available for the information you gave" or something along those lines. i thought i may have been sidetracked and said 4950 instead of 3950 but did it again, and had the same reply. it asked if i wanted to talk to an analyst, but they are all gone for the day. any ideas, has anyone had this. im i finally going to get a vin? and scheduled week? i have been C/U for the last 2 months

That happened to me once, info was back next day though...maybe the systems backing up or something? Thank God I'm not calling that number everyday anymore...I'll probably remember it still when I'm 90.

 

My wife now just shakes her head when I pick up the phone. I believe she's somewhat starting to understand now.

 

i just tried calling again tonight, still have the same message. it has been 3 days now. working 2nd shift i cant get ahold of an analyst until morning. i want to know my status! is erl working for others?

I called yesterday around 4 p.m. and ERL worked for me... my car is on the way!!!!!!

 

Just call your dealer and get the information, after all thats what you're paying for.

 

Called ERL yesterday and got "Vehicle locked in for production week of 1-23 with E.T.A. to dealer 2-10. Gettin closer!

 

I just called the dealer. he said the invoice has been pulled and im looking towards delivery in less than a month!!! he didnt have a build week for me yet, but will let me know when he does. its rolling!

well it has been a month. i called the dealer earlier this week and he said that it is on commodity hold, or something like that. saying there is short supply of the 5sp manual. first the wheels, now the tranny, then it will probably be the wheels again. anyone else hear about a shortage of manual trannies?
