Build Date?
#2
Mac,
you will not get built at all. Priority 99 is like a place holder number. Dealers use it to put a car in the system but don't want it built. Now, maybe after you left they actually ordered it and you really have a different priority number. Which is probably the case as you said DORA processed 7/15. So do you mean you have a copy of the DORA?
Have you called the auto voice lady yet? You can find the number a few posts down on this site: http://www.allfordmustangs.com/forum...ad.php?t=34764
If it's not in the ERL (evil robot lady) system then it may not be ordered.

You'll get it sooner than that.
Mine was built 2/28 and arrived in Atlanta on 3/8 before it was shipped to me 3 days later.
The delivery time can vary a lot. It's dependant on how many cars they have ready to ship when yours is ready. It might have to wait for a full load or it could be the one they're waiting on to finish filling a load.

Given my limited understanding of priority numbers, I believe a priority number only has relevance to your particular dealer's orders. Therefore, if he has two orders and gives them priorities of 99 and 100, they will get pulled in that order as if they were priorities of 10 and 11.

In theory that is true; however priority numbers stop at 99. Additionally when a dealer assigns 99, it's like a huge stop sign that tells Ford "Do NOT schedule". It could be the only Mustang order in the entire country and it still would not schedule, even if H**k freezes over.
