Actually, I think he is saying that youre bidding on the first batch of VERTS to come off the line... I could be wrong, I dont want to suffer through reading that description again!

As for suggesting that Brad is doing something even close to what this slime bucket is doing, I call Not only does Brad have permission from Ford for the stock photos, but he also has permission of each photographer whose pictures he posted. This idiot has neither. I know, because some of MY pics showed up on another site. Worse, I was in it.

Anyway, I have no doubt that Brad will get his pics pulled from the auction. Hopefully this guy has his auctions shut down.

if you look closely, themustangsource.com emblem is on mostly all of the pics
So is the name of ANOTHER Ford dealer in the license plate frame in one of the pics!

I sent them a couple of stinging emails. It won't matter, these type of individual dealers, don't care. I too will report them.

Awesome.

I never got a reply from them though. Sent them a little email about the white vert picture.

And also reported them to eBay too. It's against eBays rules to use someone pictures without their permission.

What I don't get.. is that Ford releases a ton of noncopywritten photos.. like the ones that are on Wieck.. FOR dealerships and the such to use.

Great.
I can't stand people taking advantage of other peoples hard work.

Did Ebay remove them or did the dealership finally do it?

I'm not sure who removed them. I think the seller did.

I'm going to talk with a copyright/trademark attorney tomorrow about how to protect my site. I guess I'll have to trademark my logo and copyright the entire contents of this site.

The auctions state "The seller ended this listing early because of an error in the listing". I seem to remember (and memory could be faulty) that it states that when Ebay ends them for the seller, but it could also be the seller. Given the dealerships attituted toward you, I'm betting Ebay did it. A couple years ago I did quite a bit of selling on Ebay and several sellers were stealing my photos and using them. At least they weren't linking directly off your site. Then they're also stealing bandwidth from you as well.

eBay gives the seller a "small" list of reasons for ending the auction early. They are just really generic ones.

If eBay ended it.. I think it would've said "Invalid item" on it and nothing would appear.
