Bluetooth - Can you hear me now?

I was wondering what opinions you have for those who have put some type of handsfree bluetooth in their car.

How is it?
What model do you have?
Can people hear you, even if you have the windows down? (V8)
Thoughts or suggestions

I have the Ford Mobile Ease in both my Stangs the 02 Vert and the 06 Coupe. With the windows down in the coupe it is passable in the vert top down at speed forget about it.

Ford Mobile Ease - works great with the windows up but a little bit more difficult to hear when the windows are down. Occasionally I've heard a report or two about some wind noise when talking to me. More often than not the person on the other side of the phone doesn't even know they're on hands free.
