No excuses are needed the car is begging to be driven so I drive it, heck its mine, I bought it to drive not to park it and look at it, and so when I feel like it (and its alot) I just go hop in and drive with no where to go, maybe it helps that the rain has finally stopped here in SoCal, but how I see it is that the only excuse needed is, "Because it is there!"

I'm prone to high speed runs in the middle of the night....and I've only had it 3 days!
I actually went shopping with my wife today...I NEVER do that.
I was supposed to see Mom on Monday afternoon. I couldn't stand it, I called her at 8:00am and said I'm on my way. It worked out, I dropped her off where she needed to be and she got to drive....she was smiles from ear to ear. She even took it to a 100mph (on the same road as my 140mph blast).
