Battery Terminal Bolt Broken and Peices Missing

The wedges or block seen in the picture in this post are missing. :

I went to change the battery for the 4th or 5th time, this time in the dark and something broke and I can't find the other half of the block wedge. The bolt is also messed up and somehow got bent. I can't seem to rig anything up to make it work or find anything to replace it. Does Ford have this hardware? I'm trying to sell this car and had to change my battery and now I can't even hook it up. I thought I read somewhere that you have to buy the entire cable from Ford and it's like $170. If you cut it and try to crimp a universal one on, it will be too short.
