Titus-Will Ford in Tacoma, WA has a VERY nice black GT with tinted windows, new wheels (18"?) and tires that has been lowered. It's got leather but I'm not sure about any other options. I got an e-mail from my VP of Business Development & Broadcasting who is tight with the owner.

They're asking $36,104, which seems just a tad high.

yeah.... considering they spent only a few hundred on the lowering kit... which may only be springs.
but there are those that will still go for it.... hook, line and sinker.

Holy Cow..... This is a ridiculous price! I just finished a deal yesterday on a GT (everything except the 1000 shaker) at $28,400....and subtracted $11,400 for my '02 Isuzu Rodeo (booked at $11,065 on kelley blue book). No Way...No How, would I ever pay over MSRP for anything!

for those wheels? ugly IMO.... I'd rather throw on some 19 or 20s and tell 'em to pound sand...
But..... it sounds like they're awful proud of what they put together, so.... wudduya do? ..... just walk away ans let 'em sell it to someone else, I suppose.

A fully loaded GT runs about 29,920, that is with the bullit wheels, so not quite fully loaded, I wonder what the extra $6-7k is for.

My thought was that in 2 years we'll be seeing the Cobra come in at or below that price. Then again, there's a stinker born every second.

That's the price I might expect to pay for an SE...a good SE with more HP...not some overpriced rims and a lowering kit...
