Well I havent seen anything on this yet so i assume this is a very isolated problem but still worth sharing here. Yesterday I drove my 05 GT to work and everything was fine. At the end of the day when I was about to go home I realized both windows were completely down. I was annoyed but figured myabe I had forgotten or somethiong even though i knew I had not. I did some shopping and when i came back to my car the windows were down. Know I know something is messed up. I drive home and thurn the car off and nothing....but 4 seconds after I open the door the windows go down. I tried this several times and like clockwork after 4 seconds the windows go down. I know the FOB will lower the windows if you hold down the unlock button but this is not the case here. It is at the shop and they have no idea yet. have any of you seen anything like this on the 05 or any other car???? I will post later the fix when the dealership finds the problem.
The cars windows go up into the body when they are shut for better sound deadening. The doors couldn't open with the windows all the way up like that. But going all the way down is BS. I would sell it and buy a 04 cobra

I had my car at the dealership today. They just called and gave me the "well it's not doing it now so we can't troubleshoot it" routine. If it does it again, I'm supposed to give them a call and bring it right down there. This will be pretty inconvenient when I'm getting out of my car to go to work 45 minutes away, but what else can I do.

Do you have the have the IUP for the FOB to lower the windows when holding the unlock button down.I have tried holding down the unlock button down but my windows don't go down.

I have that, you have to hold it for several seconds for it to work. Also, make sure you are facing the car or pointing the FOB toward the front of the car. Mine works , of course considering the problems here it could be broke!

The service manager spoke to someone in engineering about this issue. They said they have had some reports but no dealership has been able to witness it. They think it is moisture getting into some electrical part that is part of the anti-theft. They have a redesigned a part that should be here in a couple of days. The dealership is supposed to put some dialectric(sp) grease on the new part to help moistureproof it.
