Anyone prefer the standard interior over the IUP?

So does anyone have the IUP wheel with the black dash? I'm trying to think if that would look good together or not...

Yes, that is the Bullitt steering wheel, same one I have in my car. The "logo in the center" is on the airbag, and when buying the Bullitt wheel from Ford, you reuse your stock airbag assembly. The Bullitt wheel is the same as the GT500 wheel except the GT500 wheel has the red stitching.

Yes, that would be the interior sports appearance package. In 2007 and 2008, you also get the GT500 pedal covers. I think this package was dropped in 2009.

That picture is so bad, I just have to post a better looking one of my pony

The airbag and cover with emblem is completely separate from the steering wheel. So anyone can install a IUP leather, Bullitt, GT500 or even 2010+ steering wheel using the original airbag and cover without having to buy a different one.

I think that interior looks great. It looks better with the black dash and the IUP wheel, shifter and upgraded pedals.

Swapping in the MyColor takes 10 minutes, as long as you have the plug in the center stack behind the panel to the left of the power socket, as you need to buy the control center switch (3-button) to use with it. Literally 10 minutes. I bought the cluster with the mileage pre-programmed in and once it arrived sent the original core back. Total ran just under $400 about two years back. Worked the deal through one of the dealers in another thread, I think it was Parts Guy Ed, something, think he retired but another guy at the dealership does it too. Tousley Ford may even do it.

Yep. One of the GT500 parts used on Bullitt. Note the grips.
.

Love the grips because of years in my Jensen-Healey/Lotus:

I prefer the Black interior so i ordered my car that way. Still wanting the Bullitt Wheel. One is for sale locally but doesn't have the cruise buttons with it.

I have the silver IUP dash panels and would kill for the carbon fiber ones. Any idea where I can get some of those?
