Anybody ever have this problem?
So we got a LOT of rain today and the roads had a lot of standing water. Pulling into a parking lot I had to drive through a fairly deep puddle. Now my drivers side headlight won't turn off. It wasn't on when I drove through the puddle and I didn't notice it being on when I parked. I didn't notice until it didn't turn off when I started the car after unlocking it with the remote. I had to pop the hood and unplug it. The plug wasn't wet, so I do not get what is happening there. Any ideas? Any help would be appreciated.

check the passenger footwell for wet carpet- lots of these cars had bad sealing on the firewall, water gets into the smartjunctionbox under the kickpanel and weird things happen-most Ive heard of were taillamps coming/going on their own...anyway bet the problems likely there

Don't quote me, but I think someone posted somewhere that some time during the '07 model year run they addressed the issue. Though I don't know that they solved it. The cowl area was leaking into the car above the SJB. My SJB in my '07 had a plastic flap over it so that if water did get in there it would not likely get into the fuses and stuff.

Thanks for the replies. Went out this morning and the headlight stayed off when I plugged it back in. The fog lights stopped working sometime after I parked it yesterday though. I had thought of the sjb. My car is an 07 GT that I bought in July 06. I had read the posts about the cowl leak so I kept an eye on mine. I've never seen it get wet over there and we have some serious deluges here in sw Florida.
I appreciate the help guys.
