Another wrecked 05
Ok, I really think that thing had to fall some distance. Look at the inside, the dash everything. Its buckled in, a simple roll over would not buckle the dash like that.
Maybe that thing fell off a brigde or something, cause thats insane damage.

Looks to me like it fell off a train then got hit by one.

Very odd that the car is still in PARK. I dought that one could have shifted that car into PARK after that impact, looks broken. Just a strange looking accident.

Now is a good time for everyone to face the inevitable. The whole "new" concept is no longer new. These cars are going to be wrecked, stolen, repoed, etc. more than any of us want to hear. Accidents happen but when someone does it for the money then that's when I have a problem. I investigate insurance fraud, especially pertaining to vehicles, for a living. You would be disgusted at the *#@! I see. It sure will be tough to stomach my first "burn job".
What i want to know is whats up with the plastic.?
If there was a fatality, they cover with white non transpaernt plastic. not this clear stuff. I think this car fell off transport at a good speed.
Feel sorry for the guy waiting for it.
:Um, sorry sir but you don't have a Dora, order#, vin# etc. any more.
Time to go back on TMS."

I agree with the "fell off a truck" crowd. In park. No "human stuff" in the interior, no keys, assored self adhesive plastic in strange places (relative to the damage) etc.
Looks like a pretty typical accident to me. Somebody was going too fast, hit a slippery corner, and off the road and into some trees they went. They may not have even been going that fast. When a car hits a tree, the impact is so focused, the damage can be very severe.
I'm guessing mid-roll it was stopped by a tree. Hence the upward damage to the left side. It may have even been airborne when it hit. There would not have to be blood, since the interior of cars are pretty safe now, and with the car rolling, who knows the position of the driver when it came to a sudden stop. I've seen much, much worse accidents where people have walked away. Never underestimate seatbelts and vehicle structure.
As for falling off a truck, why was the seat belt cut? I doubt they are shipped with the belts buckled. Anybody know if they are? And I wouldn't be surprised if the person had only owned the car a short time, so they don't have much stuff in it yet. I've had my current car 3 years, and have been told many times it looks like it should be sitting on a new car lot since it looks like nobody drives it.
Oh yeah, and I would think somebody would remove the keys (for safety reasons), which means they would have to put it in park. I know I would, but that's just me.
I expect there will be many more like this. I just hope I'm not one of them.
