taking a look @ these pics it doesn't look like it's going to pass the rollover test.
Passed with flying colors, 5 stars. The rollover rating was the first to come out before the frontal crash results.

I have a feeling that this might have been a test vehicle based on the building and parking lot in the background.
No way is that a test vehicle. Think about it. They do the tests inside right. Besides what were they testing. Why put IUP in a test car w/o side impact airbags. There's no point in testing it. Unless it did have side impact airbags then I would think that those who ordered them are in trouble. JMO.

It's defiently a shame though. I loved those wheels & that color & what a wasted IUP. It defiently looks like it hurt & I just hope that whoever was in the car wasn't seriously hurt.

Yeah they do crash testing in a building, but them they have to put the cars outside in a lot after that right?....

I wonder if it didn't fall off a transport truck? It doesn't look to me like a collision, so much as it like, fell on something. Eh.

That's what I was thinking. It also doesn't look like there was any sign of extraction or injury to the driver/passengers of this car. Pretty clean if ya know what I mean....

yeah - but no way are you going to end up with earth & tree branches in a vehicle that you crash test inside a building.

Thats one of those accidents that right before you make the first impact, everything slows down and you say to your self "Oh yeah, I'm boned"

Looks like a fatality for somebody.

Regarding the airbags...look at the front bumper...untouched. That car hit something immovable and rolled, or vice versa.

In my opinion it looks like the drivers side door was popped open by the jaws bc the skin on the outside of the door is peeled back that doesnt happen on its own it is a result of getting a point in there to pop the door open, also the seat belt was cut, and it def went off in the woods or hit a tree or something.

Car meets ice, meets tree. End of Car.

Shame I hope the driver survived.

I once flipped a car and almost ran into a pole upside down.

I was thinking in slow-mo, "Yep, I going to meet my maker"

Ive seen a wrecked mustang like that up close... I cant help but think noone was in that car... the mustang i saw had emt gloves, needles, and lots of other emt stuff not to mention blood all over the interior... with a crash like that the interior is to clean unless the person was ejected from the car... this is my two cents... it was eithor a rollover crash test car or something happened during transport...

Staged or for real, that was in a pretty wicked accident. Hope any injuries were not as bad as the car appears.

Jeezes, folks. Take a good look at the car. It looks like it fell into a compactor. It's not roll damage alone, unless of course it rolled end over end!

That's the result of severe, multiple impacts brought on by excessive speed.

A powerful reminder not to race on public roads.

I agree and boy does that bring back memories. Although when I rolled my truck it rolled 4 times. It look like it was in showroom condition compared to this one though. yeeks!

I agree. That was not a garden variety accident, that kind of damage requires a lot of kinetic energy...

Nasty damage indeed! What a shame . . . but the absence of blood as well as the fact that the transmission appears to be in park leads me to believe there were no occupants. . . . hopefully.
