All Los Angeles Stangs v. Sunday, Jan 14
There is going to be a sizeable S197 meet this weekend out near Calabasas. We have at least 17 members of MustangForums that will be there, and several of them are bringing friends. This should be an awesome event, and if anyone is interested they are welcome to come!
We are going to meet at the El Camino Shopping Center at (23351 Mulholland Dr., Woodland Hills, CA). People can show up anytime from from about 730AM to about 1030AM. At 1030AM we are going to cruise the canyons to PCH in Malibu.

Excellent! Since I'm about to order a GT, this should be a great opportunity to see some of the options/upgrades I'm considering!
Is this the Village Coffee Roasters parking lot?
Thanks for the post.

Everyone is invited, new stang or not! I believe that is the place, but it's been a long time since I personally have been to the shopping center. The address I provided is the verified location.

7.30am - 10.30am? are you guys planning to get out of your cars or just park in a line so u can roll down the windows and chat? ... cause it's going to be cold! i'd go, but sundays are my car washing days... unless it's too cold.

I'd love to come to that event, but I have to work this Sunday. If we happen to be in the area I'll try and stop by.
They have a large meet every Sunday for all kinds of cars new and old.
The last time I was there they had a couple of Shelby GT-500's and a few exotics as well. One local Mustang club (All Mustangs and Ford Club of So Cal) meets there on Sundays and cruises to Malibu for lunch, the usual destination is Neptunes Net in Malibu.

Stkdidy how did the cruise turn out? I would've been there but my beloved Bears were playing and it's been 20 years since I did the Superbowl Shuffle. Once the playoffs are over, count me in!

i went. it was a bit cold when i got there, but a great turnout. maybe around 30 mustangs were there. funny enough, the meeting place also turned out to be a meeting place for exotic cars as well. there were at least 10-15 Ferraris. a Lambo Diablo & Murcielago along with a Porsche GT all drove up together for the meet. then there were 7 Ford GT's(2 with custom T-top looking jobs) and 1 Shelby Hertz Mustang that drove in together. was a great car day. hope you like my pics.

Pics from StangRide Sunday
Well, just got 'round to posting some pics from this Sunday's Stand Ride. What a good time. Managed to get these pics from the END of the brigade. I was the '07 Windveil GT with fanblades.
The weather was beautiful and the stangs were in great form. Can't wait 'til the next ride. It was great meeting some the the people from this forum.
Take care, Frank
