Air leak sound from below middle of windshield?

I have no idea what this could be. During a cold start in the morning there is almost like a sheering metal sounds for a couple seconds (almost like when you hear those cars with the high pitch whine sounds rolling down the street) and then it just turns into a "ticking air" noise. It can only be heard when youre standing behind either of the front wheels.

No noise comes when i pop open then hood. When I pop it into reverse it sounds like a repetitive pattern of something forcing air out. I took this to ford but both the ford dealerships here in fresno, ca are horrible. They said they lifted it and couldnt find anything after holding onto it for almost a full day to "take a look".. then when i went to pick it up i made the car make the sounds and the service guy said he heard it too but their mechanic had left already.. any ideas would be appreciated.
