Repair heck .... I would make that lady pay for a brand new one set up exactly the way you had yours prior to her pulling out in front of you.
Your car will NEVER be the same ..... been there, done that ...regretted it ...
Glad to hear that you are OK .... Glad to see that your wheels came out OK too

If you were going to do any aftermarket mods like a hood or cold air induction now is the time ! Get paid for the damage and Make some lemonade out of this sour deal! At least you won't have to deal with used or gippo replacement parts there are none out there yet!
Sorry About Your Loss!
KC
P.S.
How is your Neck? is it time to call 1-800-Isu eYou

Well, its nice to see the safety features work well on the car, at the same time, it is a shame to have see how well the safety features work.
Its always terrible when someone's absent-mindness results in you losing something you enjoy.
I as well would be hoping for a new car, you spent all that money and probably only had a few thaosand miles on it.

Were it my accident I am sure I would have got tagged with responsibility due to the fact that the front of my car hit the side of another. It is nice to see some common sense with the law and your insurance company.

The pics are hard to look at. Glad you're ok. Her insurance company will ultimately try to minmize their loss. You will most likely have to become a $%8@#
with them to go what you deserve. Don't settle for any less.

I was in a similar accident just after I got my 2000 GT (about three weeks after if I remember correctly). Everyone kept telling me the car would be good as new but it never was the same again. I have had all sorts of problems with mine since then. If it is anywhere close to a loss push the adjuster over the edge and wait for a new stang. I know this is not what you want to hear with your baby out of commision but you'll be happier in the long run.

Glad to hear you are OK. I agree with others, go for total replacement of the car. No matter how wonderful the repair job might be, if some future buyer knows it was wrecked you will just never get top dollar for it on resale. Make her pay!
