3 years, 30,000 miles, and no problems
I would just take it to the dealership and have them replace the plugs. They break 'em, they have to take care of the damage. Ours just has 3,000 on the odometer, but I am contemplating having the plugs changed at the 5,000 service interval for the heck of it and protecting against a future problem.
Ford hit one out of the park with this car. Accords, Camrys, step aside when it comes to reliability. I think some of the other models like the Taurus, Focus, etc. are just as good. I've never bought a foreign car, and never bought anything but Ford products. I hope to keep it that way. My '05 GT is still just like a new car. My only minor problem was with the leaky brake fluid cap. Had that taken care of and haven't been back to the dealer for anything except buying Motorcraft oil and filters.
