3 '05s Suddenly Appear Wachung NJ
Dealership in Wachung NJ where I walked out about a week ago called. Their initial delivery of '05s just arrived. Since they were asking $3,000 over MSRP, and I walked out cause of it, I'm not sure why they decided to call me. Perhaps they think "the bug" has gotten to me and I'll pay over MSRP.
I don't think so.

I wouldn't even bother with that, unless it was WAY inconvienient to get to another dealer. A dealer that does that for a soon to be easily gotten car deserves no binis.
Also, you could order online or via phone with a cool dealer, like Kev, for example, and have them drop ship it to another dealer. Like, say, that overcharging dealer...
Just an idea. I have 20 Ford dealers in town, so I don't think any gouging's gonna keep. It's not like it's a Ford GT. Besides when I get a round tuit, there'll be none of that anyway...

Well, I honestly did momentarily think of calling them, but I now have a $500 non-refundable deposit at another dealer. I just have to sit it out. Fordirect.com says the cars in stock, but it's not there yet.

..............they are known to be unethical besides................a good friend worked there until last year, management doesn't even respect the sales people. I suspect such highway stores that don't rely on repeat customers gouge where/when possible, and this one does per first hand knowledge.OH, Fullerton Ford, Somerville, NJ, will accept an order for a GT at MSRP, and possiblly less, per the sales mgr, just last week,...........nice dealership and people to!! Good luck.
