2008 Mustang GT, replaced SJB and now the OEM HID are flickering

Hi I’m new here and have ran into an issue. I replaced the SJB in my 2008 Mustang GT but now the HID OEM relay is buzzing and the HID lights are flickering. I reinstalled the old SJB and those issues stopped but now my radio and power accessories don’t work which why I swapped the SJB. The new is a match to the old one. Don’t know what to do. Help !!

While Your Numbers May Match??? You Said They Were a Match You Do Mean ID Numbers Match Not Simply Look of Unit???

A Pic of The Tags From Both SJB'S Would Be Helpful!

If You Have an Early SJB in Your Later Car it May or May Not Program To Car!

I Don't Suppose You Have Vin of Donor Car??

Your SJB When Changed Many Times Needs To Be Reprogrammed!

Likely The Donor Car Did Not Have HID's!

yes the engineering numbers where a match not just look alike. Both my car and the donor car are 2008 Mustang GT. After reaching out to the previous owner the two differences is mine is a convertible and you’re right his did not have factory HID lights.

Definetly Gonna Need a Reprogram!

Off To The Dealer or a Good Shop That Can Download AS-BUILT Data. These Days a Forescan Setup Can Do The Trick and as Built Data is Available Through Motorcraft Service!

Let Me Find another Link For You!

Although in 2010-2014 Section Information as Far as As-Built Procedure is The Same!

PS

I Would Think The Rear Window Function For Top Down Would Not Work With New Sjb as Well.
