It's more of a performace oriented market that they'd be selling them to, and while theres lots of cool auto performace guys and auto is cool (not saying I dont like driving auto or anything), but the point of selling a product is to actually SELL it. The manual will PROBALLY accomplish that better in this segment.

I'm sure Brad has already come to realize that he's going to get a different opinion on every aspect of this SE, from colors, to wheels, to transmission, to go fast parts.

Maybe we need a poll on different options that Brad specifies.

Onq question is, how does the dealer tune it and keep it under manufacturers warranty? I thought if it was tuned it would void warranty. What kind of a tune do they have available? What CAI, the junky steeda one with a ford tune? Just wondering how they can tune it and not void the warranty.

The Ford Racing FR1 comes with a tuner that doesn't void the warranty.

Something else to consider guys, we are trying to keep the price down on these to where its affordable for anyone (preferrably someone who would appreciate the car for what it is of course). Correct me if I am wrong, but isnt the manual tranny a cheaper option than the automatic? Thats going to weigh in on the base price of the car.

Btw, if we do get to go through with this, I would like to make it a replacement for the mystic cobra I sold
