For everyone still waiting for delivery of an 06 Mustang, I found that by calling Ford Customer Relationship Center @ 800-392-3673 is very helpful. You will be speaking with a live person and as long as you have your VOC they should be able to help you.

What's a VOC?

 

Vehicle Order Confirmation
It's one of the documents you can get from your dealer when you you order a car.

Select #4 for "Ford Vehicle" - I just called and the lady was very nice. No new updates for me, but she said to call back every week for an update if I wanted. Try getting that from the ERL!

 

Wow. They've really changed their attitude about customers calling them. Guess they got tired of us calling the ERL.
