07 GT slip/bucking issue
07 GT slip/bucking issue
Hi i'm new to the forum and this is my first Mustang even though I always wanted one. I had my 07 GT 5-Speed to the drag strip today and now sometimes when I start off I get this slipping/bucking sension till I get moving. It seems like its worse when I start off into a turn. Does it sound like a tranny issue or a differential issue?
Any help would be appreciated
Thanks in advance

I think your right I may have glazed the clutch from doing a bit more research. Will the clutch have to be replaced or will it go away with time? If not what are my chances of the remaining warranty taking care of it? The car has 50,000 miles on it at the moment.
Thanks again
Thanks again
The clutch has never been replaced before as far as I know i'm the second owner it has 50,000miles on it if that is the case. The car was owned by a lady in her mid 30's with two kids who traded it for a Kia as funny as the sounds. When I was racing the weekend I would launch from idle due to traction issues.

Any recomendations on a good clutch i'm bone stock and raced a car for the first time in my life the weekend and layed down a 13.923 second 1/4 @ 101mph. JLT cold air intake and bama tune on the way along with a axel back exhaust (just for sound I know there is no performance gain). Any guidance would be great and thanks again.
