The car looks great.

I've been to most of the places they're passing through.

If you drove an '05 through Prague like that you'd have to use a stick to beat the crowds away.

It kind of resembles the Pagani Zonda.

The Zonda is to the right
(in foreground: http://www.fast-autos.net/features/05gumball/17.html)

Is it a Bugatti?

I have no idea, but it can't be a street car. No street car would have that air scoop on the roof.

my first guess was a race version of the noble M14 with wide body fenders and racing headlights along with other racing mods, the logo isnt a Noble badge though, so I am not positive, it could be a badge of the race team, since it does look like a decal.

The Mustang looks cool, the grill is not too bad, IMHO. Maybe a bit too chrome-ish but otherwise OK.

That other car is a Gumpert Apollo. I thought the nose resembled an Audi, which is not far off, since Apollos are powered by an 4.2L Audi V8. Twin superchargers, 650 bhp and 597 lb ft torque. 0-60 in 3 seconds flat, top speed - 224 mph!

Btw, here's a picture of one of the 2004 Gumball3000 participants:
