Well I have owned my 03 since May 28 03 and here are the things that have been replaced under warrenty.
First problem was bad ignition noise in the Mach 460 radio system. Items replaced: The head unit, the amps in the back, all the speakers, Last the wiring harness. Guess what. I suggest that they replace the wiring, first.

Problem 2: Automatic transmission - bad shuudering when going into 3rd and overdrive. Also shaky shimmy when shifting form gear to gear. First time they replaced the transmission fluid and added a additive(TSB). Second time, again same as the first time, Third time they replaced the fluid again and erased KEEP ALIVE MEMORY(KAM) and reprogramed the computer. The last time, just this past week, they replaced the torque converter and the valve body.
The car has only 18,800 miles on the odometer.
It seems odd to me that that this car should have these problem with so little mileage. Anyone else think this is odd? Do I smell a lemon here?

that sounds rather citrus-like. I wouldn't know whom to talk to, though. A lawyer perhaps?

Well, the problem with the transmission came back! I have decided to pursue the lemon angle. I called Ford Motor Company and got the ball rolling on it. I don't believe the dealer can fix this problem. The service manager at the local dealership is gonna back me. Is there anything any of you can offer to help on this endeavor?
Thanks!
