ram clutch install issues

Putting in my new ram clutch and ford racing flywheel and the clutch is not seating correctly. Its like my stock clutch bolts seem to be to long by about 1/4".
Anyone have any similar issues?

Anyone having the same issue as this, if the m8-1.25 bolt doesn't fit go to a 5/16x1.00" problem solved
