Odd Clunk

Hey everyone, since i got the car it's done this and its finally starting to irritate me. when i have the wheel cocked all the way to the left or right, when doing a 3 point turn or going into a parking spot, i hear a clunk coming from the front end for every rotation going forward never in reverse. The only thing i have had done to my steering is a few weeks ago i installed polly rack bushings(well lubed) because i was getting sick of the creaking when it was very humid and hot out, and did the rack tube bracket fix by trimming down tubes based on PaladinMicro's specs. Other than the clunk the steering is good, and i do still get a creak when its very very hot humid out when i turn the wheel. If anyones got any ideas please post up! thanks!!

I had that once on my old fox. It was a wheel weight hitting the control arm every revolution of the wheel
