More horse with bolt ons

Have a 98 gt with 270 HP, what bolt on could I add for the most HP for my buck?

270 flywheel or rearwheel? P.I. Head swap? Cams? Intake manifold?

If you don't have a aftermarket gear that's one of the best mods you can do for starters. Also headers, this increases hp and makes those 4.6 sound amazing along with off road mid pipe and u will enjoy the gains and get alot of comments on how good it sounds. I have 95 gt and although I love the 5.0 the 4.6 sounds so good.
