If it is the spark plug yes but it could also be a clogged fuel injector as well or a bad wire. If you take the spark plug out and hold out of the spark plug hole and start it you can see if it sparks. If it does you know its not the plug or wire the only thing after that would be the injector

Number 6 Misfire

Also when checking your spark plug, if it's bone dry when u pull it your not getting fuel and if it's soaking wet your probably not getting spark or enough spark.. Also before pulling the plug makes sure you have good connections on plug/coil pack.. Lastly check your spark plug gap..

Just remember Fire, Fuel, Fresh Air is what you need for combustion..

When I had my misfire it was from coolant leaking into the cylinder's spark plug hole flooding out my plug, essentially grounding it out.. (4.6L)

Best of luck to you

If your spark plug is dry when you pull them does not mean you are not getting fuel. If you have complete combustion your spark plug will be dry cause all the fuel is igniting.

You might have a bad coil. Do you have a trouble code?
