how much would everyone pay for a 1994 white cobra with black cloth interior with 48,800 miles on it. it's completely stock. i checked blue book for excellent value and it came up $7260. The guy is asking $9500. What should I tell the guy if I were to buy it. thanks

 

The car is worth more than book in my opinon, i would show him book value and offer him 8k

 

thats what i was thinking, but a few of my friends when they have bought cars, even my friends 99 Vette, they have never paid more than book for their cars. they have always paid under book... so they've been telling me to talk him down if I can. What would anyone else do?

 

THey didnt pay above book because those stupid corvettes are valued at a high price due to their supercar class. The mustang is a different breed, the 94 cobra is worth 8500 honestly, so 8k is a good price.
