Heads? help

I need a set of heads for my car. It doesn't make the power I want. I put a Ecam in it, now I need something to go good with that. What heads do you suggest? I want something for good racing, but still good on the streets.

AFR 165cc are prob the best ones to get for your setup.

You are going to want to upgrade your fuel system if you get heads. Those heads matched with those cams are going to flow way to much for 19lbs injectors. actually i noticed you don't have any intake or Throttle body mods listed. So you are going to ahve a bottleneck right there.

My 1990 had an e-cam also. Its running 24lb injectors. You seem to have a very similar setup to my old engine. But it had Holley heads. I don't remember which ones exactly. I didn't build the engine so i didn't have a choice in parts.

yeah i need to get a different throttle body, but it comes with a 70 mass air and 24 lbs injectors. so would i need to go bigger,? i thought about porting my intake since it is a GT 40 intake. i planned on getting a new fuel pump and i guess a regulator. anything else?

I was going by what you have listed in your sig. it doesn't mention the intake or the 24lbs injectors. so thats why i say that.

24lbs are fine at this power level.

Yes i would recommend a 65mm throttlebody if you don't have one.

Oh sorry i forgot you are talking about a cobra... My car had heads, e303, 65mm tb, gt40 intake, 24lbs injectors...made around 350hp

You shouldn't need any bigger injectors or tb unless you went forced induction.

sorry 165 is not the chamber size...they are 58cc. I think the edelbrocks are very comparable but both the edelbrock and the afrs are better then the gt40 heads.
