Ok so i was snoopin around online and saw a new edge mustang with the neq coyote 5.0 under the hood. If the new 5.0 fits then does that mean the boss 302 motor would fit as well? I know it would be a major pita install but i think its worth it. Any thoughts?

 

I would imagine it would fit. Be a pretty awesome project if you could do it!

 

I just need to save up for about a year and i should be able too. Get the new 6spd tranny put in as well. Sleeper car! Idk if the 2010+ exhaust systems will fit right under the body work of my car tho. More research!

 

contact ford racing perhaps. they may be interested in knowing about the project. For the expense of a Boss motor, custom headers wouldnt be all that much extra, haha.

 

Yea, who knows they may even send out some custom tubin to weld together. Now that would be awesome!

 

Kooks headers already has them out for fox bodies with the coyote and others are in development

Thts just for the motor. Not including the control harness, all the supportung goodies, and all that good stuff

 

I'd be happy just having it in my garage with a chair sitting next to it. After about 3 months of staring at it nightly I should have enough for the rest
