Has anyone rebuilt the center console of the stang? I think it looks cheap with too much plastic, and not enough to it. I am also not a fan of the little circular cave of plastic that encircles the shift ****. Who has redone this area?

 

ive never done it but a swap probaly could be done with some fabrication skills

 

There are some online companies selling OEM panel replacement kits for the Mustang -- they have carbon fiber, metals, and other neat designs... I'd recommend them, but forgot which companies are out there.
