Cats =^.^=

I cannot pass inspection without them..
My question is, which to get? I plan on cut and clamping them on. Should I spend 200 dollars on afternarket ones online, or will the ones from the autoparts store work good? They are magnaflow brand... I want them to be "performance orientated". Help?

Tuner... you don't need cats to pass if you use a tuner. Been doing it for years.
