You guys are funny..

I personally have never seen a stock cobra run 11s..but I love watching people bicker, so back to the sidelines I go.

In Not Given, just north of the Keys.

Yah, so does he live on top of my kitchen cupboard cuz thats where the keys are? [/b][/quote]

Calm down and read your post and mine again.

KEYS is nickname or an understood nation geographical abbreviation for the FLORIDA KEYS in the same respect as STANG is to the MUSTANG in the automotive world.

The next clarification will not, I repeat, WILL NOT be free.

He never said Stock, just n/a. I've seen a red 99 i believe that was from georgia. It came to steele to one of our TnT days. It was a full bolt on car, live axle with drag suspension running 4.56 gears. It pulled and beat a nitrous'd 93 cobra and ran like an 11.6 or so.

Personally I wont run anything under 4.10's on a mod motor'd street car that is a 5-speed. The 4.6 loves to rev way to much. Now that i have removed my nitrous, i'm considering bumping to a 4.30 gear to get more out of 4th gear at the track.

A 03 cobra with sticky tires and a few bolt ons will be in the 11s easily, but n/a cobras are hard to find (quick ones at least)

Ok I am confused, when you guys keep saying N/A I ASSUME you mean Naturally Aspirated, which the '03 cobras never were (all came from the factory with blowers, unless I missed the memo). So I am guessing you just mean stock?

As far as n/a Cobra's are concerned, what do you consider quick? '01 cobras are no slouch, and neither were the other SN95 Cobras (5.0 or 4.6) Even with the "horsepower miscalculation", Cobras were still over 305 hp (I believe). I personally love the '01 Cobras, I think they look great (love the front end, but it was a shame they gave that hood to the V6's editions after that) and the 4.6 DOHC 32 valve, hand-fitted motor is awesome. Nobody complained when it found it's way into the Mach 1, that's for sure.

I meant that 03 cobras are in the 11s quickly, but they have a blower, so 01 and older cobras that run 11s naturally aspirated are rare.
