Guys this is driving me nuts. i thought it needed a tune up so i tuned it up changed my oil and it is still occuring . Usually wen the car is warmed up and i try to put the car in reverse the revs drop where it looks like it gonna die, then it shoots up to average idle or it just dies. wen i start the car and put it into reverse or drive( whether cold or hot) it has a jump or like a surge where it drops to 650rpm then jumps to 1100 rpm, :bang: wat is causing this. anthoer thing ive been seeing is that once the car is warmed up, wen i punch the car from zero it barley i mean barley moves but if im cruising and punch it, it goes she like it should . thanx for the help

it might be something with the throttle body, im not a mechanic , but it sounds like yhe carts not getting fuel...i cant figure out why if you floor the pedal it wouldnt go anywhere

 

Hum, IAC sticking maybe ? I would check it and the throttle position sensor.
