04 GT clunch in front end when backing out

First mechanic changed the inside and outside tie rods, balljoints, springs and struts. The second mechanic fixed the 3/4 inch out of level. Now the front end guy said just sell the car. I need help!!! Don't want to sell it just need it fixed.....just a girl who loves my mustang V8

Gonna need a little bit more info. Does it happen all the time, or just select times? Did you have the front end aligned after the springs/struts? Oh, and most importantly, Welcome!

Find a good mechanic. The front end on mustangs are very simple to work on. Could be as simple as brake pads shifting or ball joints. There is nothing one that front end that is priced too high to get rid of the car
