02 mustang knocks

My 02 gt knocks after I changed the intake manifold. The stock one was cracked and the gaskets were bad. I put a typhoon intake manifold on. I'm thinking its hydro locking. I no one injector was sticking before I changed the intake. I was hopping for some other views on the situation. Thanks.

I have a rod knock on my 00 also. Do you think you have a rod knock or do you think its some other problem? I dobt your knock has anything to do with an injector.

No I don't think it's a rod knock. There was no noises before I changed the intake and as soon as I started it up it knocked

Take spark plugs and and use a blow gun to blow the cylinders out. In the process you could have got coolant in the cylinders. I would change the oil as well and check if it's watery when it comes out. It's hard to know what you are talking about without actually hearing it but you want to do that just to be safe. Also I would smoke test the intake to check for gasket leaks or at the least spray starting fluid around the gasket areas to make sure there is no leak. Also make sure you have COPs installed correctly and that the boots are good because the sound you are hearing could be arcing.
