The controls for the windows in my wife's convertible don't work on the driver's side. Now when we installed the non-factory alarm system they also installed one touch windows for all 4-windows. Just going on that would this fall under the Ford warranty or the alarm installation warranty?

Would Ford fix the issue, since the company that installed the alarm does not have a store where we live now?

 

Not likely its covered. Unless it was a Ford OEM install, you are left with any warranty on that item. I would go back to the shop that did the install and see what they say
