Whats happens if rust
I have my lower intake off my car bc I'm cleaning it and covered up real good where it would be, just incase some humidity gets to the inside and starts rusting when I reinstall will that cause a problem

shouldnt rust if you keep your hood closed. just dont leave it off for a long time. plus arent the heads on the 4.6 aluminum anyway?

Nah, you should be fine. Depending on how long its off, you may get some surface rust but nothing bad. Just make sure you check and clean it if you need too.

Is it ok is some coolant went into the the block around and down past the cam?
