oil on spark plugs

Hello everyone, I need some help here I did a tuneup last week and noticed all the spark plugs had small amount of oil on the electrodes,I have a 2000 3.8 model with 104K, does anyone know what the problem is, thanks

Your piston rings are going bad. Does your car smoke at all...maybe under hard acceleration or right after you start they car?

Also, check your valve covers for leaks.

i don't see any leaks on the valve covers
