Convert roof leak

I have a 2003 convert and the rear window leaks in a steady to heavy rain. It is coming in both lower corners of the back window. I know it is from the flexing of putting the top up and down over the past 8 years. The top is still perfect and no need to replace it. Has anyone had this issues and if so how did you fix it. Right now I have a towel laying in the boot to catch the water. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Thanks.

I have used duct tape on the corners. It helps but that is such a redneck fix. Just hoping someone has some ideas other than that.
