What's it worth? 80 stang
Hi,
I'm wondering what the approximate value of my 80 stang would be. I6, 83 000 km (no extra digits in front of that), sedan, automatic, very little in the way of options. It's in very good shape, the only things wrong with it are faded paint and a dent in the passenger's side from when the car had an argument with my grandmother's garage. I've seen that later Foxes are selling for good money ($5 K+ CAD, although these do have 302s in them) locally, with much higher mileage. So what about an early Fox? I'm not looking to sell it, I'm just curious.

I gotta a year by year mustang price guide. For that year it ranges for $212 (which bacsically means a parts car) to $5700 (which is execellent condition). My guess would your car would price between $900-$1900.

Thanks Chris,
I figured it was about a $1500 car. Kind of sad, in a way, that these cars have such low values, even when they're in really good condition. I guess the flip side is that you can get some decent transportation for a very small investment. If only it were better on winter roads.....
