stranded. Need help please

Key is locked in ignition cylinder. Wont turn either way and wont come out. The steering wheel jiggle doesn't work and the release button doesn't do anything either. Oh and the steering wheel is locked.

are you on a hill and wheels turned slightly.if so
this happened to my son
have someone push the car back and forth while you turn the key it will unlock
