No you are correct.

2.73 for the 5-speed, except 1993 Cobra (Can't remember, but think it is 3.27)
3.27 for the autos

Not sure about the SVO, and 7.5 rear ends on early foxes.

Not positive... but I'm pretty sure that 2.73 was standard for the five speed... 3.45's were an option up till 85... 3.55's were available for 86+. Cobras were 3.08's.

You have to look at the sticker on the driver side door jamb. Look what the letter is under AX for your axle ratio. M = 2.73, Z = 3.08, and E = 3.27. I have an 89 GT and mine are 3.08

Just out of curiosity, I walked out to the garage and pulled the cover back. (wanted to say hi anyway) Mine had 3.08's but was replaced with 3.73's

My 90GT has the factory optional 3.08s. According to the Fox-Body Recognition Guide, the 93 cobra came with 3.08s.

Did Ford ever change their axle codes? I had a 96 T-bird with an axle code of "E" which was a 3.27 traction lock. My 1986 Mustang has an axle code of "E" and I'm wondering if it's the same.

3:27's came with automatic 5.0's. That's what my rear is on mine. Is yours an auto? And yes, I think "E" is 3:27.
