shift kits

im wanting to put a shift kit in my aod what is a good shift kit that i should put in it to firm up shifts

They sell a shift kit for 95$... But $345 for a valve body isn't breaking the bank expensive either.

Just giving you my opinion since thats what i'd do.

im looking at the performance automatic shift kit should i get the performance automatic valvebody too or just go the shift the car has only 104,670 miles on it

Your budget, you decide... but give them a call for advice. i did not get their valve body, just the kit with a new tourque converter

i do a lot of daily driving is the shift kit really worth it for daily driving

is the b&m shift any good they have it at my local advance for 52 bucks i need to know if its worth the money

Merging your threads, as there in no need to start an identical thread regarding your questions relating to shift kits. And yes, the B&M shift kit is fine. I had it on one of my past Capris.

i heard the spring wasnt the right size and that it wasnt a greater improvement in shifting

I went with TransGo shift kit, dont think it hurts for DD use, but after kit trans chirps tires into 3rd WOT

Do not buy the Hammer Shifter. I have one on my 87", not worthy of B&M name.
