New throttle sensor, air mass flow.. i adjusted the distributor a little and its better, but now its still a rough idel almost like it misfiresn and when at 45 it kinds of jerks....IDEAS

Check fuses.
Take it to AutoZone and see if there is a trouble code.
Check all lines and hoses, make sure they are all connected and in good condition. Have somebody press the gas pedal, or do it yourself underhood, and listen for a vaccuum leak.
Make sure you properly gapped the plugs, and put them back in properly.
Change fuel filter, or even make sure engine is getting proper fuel pressure.
Thats some common stuff to check.

ive done all that. and replaceed the idle air valve. still runs like crap. the only major change i did was put flowmater on then this happened, wondering if it could be the cats. cause acceleration is half way ok, when i maintain a speed like 45 it kind of jumps while driving or a jerking motion.. so do you think cats could be bad..?? i know it has burned gas like crazy, went fromo full to 1/2 in about 30 miles maybe.. havent checked Egr yet..
